Welcome to the future home of Fender Musical Instruments! The renowned guitar manufacturer has broken ground on a state-of-the-art 77,000-square-foot facility that will serve as their new co-headquarters at the former Paradise Valley Mall site in Phoenix.

The new three-story building is set to open by fall 2025 and will feature a model shop for Fender’s talented guitar and amplifier designers, a cutting-edge sound room, a cozy café, meeting rooms, and inspiring workspaces. CEO Andy Mooney expressed his excitement, stating, “This is a pretty big deal for us,” highlighting the company’s rapid growth and the necessity for a new campus.

Local officials joined Fender for a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for the company. The new facility is part of a larger redevelopment project transforming the former mall site into a vibrant mixed-use space known as “PV,” with plans for retail, restaurants, and residential units.
