Shots Fired at Prescott Valley Park
A dramatic scene unfolded at Mountain Valley Park in Prescott Valley when witnesses reported gunfire exchanged between individuals in two pickup trucks. Fortunately, one person is now in custody following the incident, as confirmed by the Prescott Valley Police Department.
Police Response
Authorities quickly responded to the reports of shots fired at the park’s south end around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Witnesses informed the police that the exchange occurred near the basketball courts and the dog park, with a red pickup truck fleeing the scene before their arrival.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and there is no longer a threat to public safety. The police were able to identify all parties involved, leading to the arrest of one individual.
