“Earlier this year we had a chance to pass the toughest bipartisan border security bill in decades, but Donald Trump tanked the deal,” Harris claimed.

The Answer:

While Trump took credit for the deal falling through, it was actually those who voted against it that killed the deal.

Claim: Trump would cut Social Security

“Donald Trump intends to give a tax break to billionaires and big corporations. He intends to cut Social Security and Medicare,” Harris alleged.

The Answer:

The Answer:

This is true.

Trump did indeed make a statement suggesting the termination of the Constitution in a post about the 2020 election.
