According to the U.S. Secret Service, a spectator lost their life, and two others sustained critical injuries when an assailant fired “multiple shots” at Trump’s rally. Reports suggest that the shooter was positioned outside the event venue.
On his newly launched platform Truth Social, Trump released a statement acknowledging the swift response of the United States Secret Service and all law enforcement agencies involved in the Butler, Pennsylvania shooting. He emphasized the tragic loss of life and injuries suffered by attendees at the rally. Trump also shared details of his personal experience during the incident, revealing that he was grazed by a bullet that penetrated his right ear. Despite the harrowing encounter, he reaffirmed his faith in America with a resounding, “GOD BLESS AMERICA!”
