Exciting developments are happening in the city of Goodyear, Arizona, as dozens of restaurants and businesses are in the pipeline to be built, joining the existing ones that are getting ready to open their doors.
The West Valley is experiencing rapid growth, with cities like Goodyear witnessing a surge in new establishments and opportunities.
One such upcoming addition is the Stillery – a new restaurant, bar, and music venue owned by Steve Kovach. Kovach expressed his amazement at the transformation of Goodyear in the past year and a half and highlighted the demand for entertainment venues in the area.
Kovach shared, “We do dancing, our dance floors are never big enough. We’re in the East Valley and north Phoenix, and honestly we kept getting asked by our talent, our artists, can you get out to Goodyear?”
The continued development of businesses like the Stillery is contributing to Goodyear’s growth, attracting both residents and visitors alike.
Laura Kaino, Vice Mayor of Goodyear, emphasized the city’s ongoing expansion, with a significant increase in construction activities post-pandemic.
The allure of the West Valley lies in its vast potential, ample workforce, available land, and essential resources, making it an attractive destination for tech companies, commercial ventures, and new residents.
With multiple new businesses set to open in Goodyear, including various restaurants and retail establishments, the city’s economic landscape is thriving.
