Remembering Justice of the Peace Frank Conti
Justice of the Peace Frank Conti was a respected figure in Maricopa County, serving his community with dedication and integrity. First elected in 2008, he continued to earn the trust and support of his constituents, winning reelection three times.
Tragically, Justice Conti passed away while on vacation in Canada, leaving behind a legacy of service and compassion. His untimely death, due to a fatal heart attack at the age of 61, has left a void in both his personal and professional communities.
Presiding Justice of the Peace Anna Huberman expressed her condolences, highlighting Conti’s leadership and commitment to his court. She described his passing as a “terrible tragedy” for both his family and colleagues.
As the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors begins the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Conti, the community mourns the loss of a dedicated public servant.
