Tragic Crash Leaves Two Dead in Phoenix
A devastating crash in Phoenix has resulted in the loss of two lives, according to authorities.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported that a car entered the eastbound State Route 202 on the westbound SR-202 off ramp at Baseline Road around 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Seconds later, the vehicle driving the wrong way collided with another vehicle, leading to a chain reaction crash involving a third vehicle.
Tragically, the drivers of the first and second vehicles were the only occupants and both lost their lives in the accident. The individuals in the third vehicle were unharmed.
Authorities suspect that impairment may have played a role in the crash.
