Break-Ins at Peoria Massage Parlors
Authorities in Peoria, Arizona are on the hunt for a suspect who is believed to be behind a series of break-ins at massage parlors overnight. The suspect is accused of breaking into four different massage businesses in a span of just five minutes.
According to Peoria police Public Information Officer Kristopher Babros, the suspect used the same modus operandi in each of the incidents, involving the removal of windowpanes to gain entry into the premises. Employees were present during the break-ins, and items were reported stolen, although specifics were not disclosed.
The first break-in was reported near 83rd Avenue and Cactus Road when a concerned individual called 911. Subsequent break-ins were reported at 89th and Olive Avenues, as well as near 91st and Peoria Avenues. The final incident took place at a massage parlor near 75th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.
Babros noted that the suspect appeared to have some expertise in breaking and entering, possibly using advanced techniques to gain access to the establishments. The police believe that all the break-ins are connected, but the motive is currently unclear.
Authorities are actively investigating the incidents and are urging anyone with information to come forward and contact Peoria police. They are utilizing forensic technology to collect evidence such as fingerprints and DNA from the crime scenes.
