Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony All-Star Lineup

Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony All-Star Lineup

The closing ceremony for the Paris Olympics will be a star-studded event with performances by Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. These talented artists are set to take the stage on Sunday as part of the handover to the 2028 Los Angeles Games.

California natives, including H.E.R., will also be part of the lineup, with H.E.R. expected to sing the U.S. national anthem live at the Stade de France. The event is set to showcase the best of LA in anticipation of the 2028 Olympics.

Chairperson Casey Wasserman of LA28 expressed excitement about the handover, stating, “We are thrilled to feature the very best of LA with local artists and are grateful to Billie, H.E.R., the Chili Peppers, and Snoop for their collaboration on what will be an incredible show to a global audience that will give fans a taste of what’s to come in 2028.”

Aside from the all-star lineup, the Closing Ceremony will also feature performances by Grammy-winning French pop-rock band Phoenix and Belgian singer Angele. Ezra Koenig from Vampire Weekend will join Phoenix for a special performance.

The opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics featured the sensational Lady Gaga and marked the return of Celine Dion to the performing stage after overcoming stiff person syndrome. Los Angeles, a three-time host of the Olympics, will also make history by hosting its first Paralympic Games alongside the 2028 Olympics.
