The southbound lanes of I-17 are blocked north of Black Canyon City, as reported by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash near milepost 246.

Emergency units from Daisy Mountain Fire Department are currently responding to the scene. Details about injuries resulting from the crash have not been released yet.

Authorities have not provided an estimate for when the lanes will be reopened. This is a developing story, and further information will be updated as it becomes available.
