Everything You Need to Know About Labor Day 2024

Unlike Thanksgiving and Christmas, most national retailers will remain open on Labor Day.

It is celebrated on the first Monday of September, traditionally marking the end of summer, even though pumpkin spice lattes and back-to-school shopping have already set the tone.

Unlike other federal holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, most stores and major retailers will be open on Labor Day. Many businesses take advantage of this opportunity to attract customers with Labor Day deals.

Government Offices:

FedEx Parcel Service:

Is Costco Open on Labor Day?
