Phoenix police are currently investigating a low-speed crash that occurred when a train struck a truck near 19th Avenue and McDowell Road. The incident took place around 2 a.m. and resulted in minor injuries to the occupants of the truck, a male driver, and a female passenger.

The female passenger required extrication from the vehicle since she was unable to get out on her own. The Phoenix Fire Department transported her to the hospital for treatment of her minor injuries. The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation at this time.
