The world of hip-hop suffered a great loss last month with the passing of New York City-born rapper and hype man, Fatman Scoop. Known for his energetic performances and infectious music, Fatman Scoop left a lasting impact on the industry.

In August, Fatman Scoop tragically collapsed while performing in Hamden, Connecticut. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he could not be saved.
