Tragic Accident in Gilbert Leaves One Dead
It’s a sad day in Gilbert, Arizona as a car and motorcycle collided near the intersection of Williams Field Road and Val Vista Drive on Friday evening. The accident claimed the life of a man, and here are the latest details.
Gilbert Police Department reported that officers and firefighters rushed to the scene at Val Vista Drive and Boston Street after the incident at around 6 p.m. The motorcyclist involved in the crash was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Val Vista Drive was temporarily closed between Williams Field Road and Boston Street to conduct an investigation, but it reopened around 10:15 p.m. on the same day. The identity of the deceased has not been released yet, as the investigation is still ongoing.
