Shocking Incident at Arizona State University’s West Valley Campus
A quiet day on Arizona State University’s West Valley campus turned chaotic when a 19-year-old student, Kaci Sloan, allegedly stabbed her classmate, Mara Daffron, in a classroom. The incident, which took place near the intersection of 51st Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Phoenix, left Daffron hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to witnesses, Sloan carried out the attack without any provocation, revealing a disturbing premeditation. She later confessed to officers that she had planned the attack the night before, even going as far as concealing the knife in her backpack. The motive behind the attack remains unclear, as Daffron reportedly had no prior interaction with Sloan.
