Welcome to Child Crisis Arizona’s Center for Child and Family Wellness
Child Crisis Arizona has opened a new center in Mesa, Arizona, dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for low-income children and families in the community. The 38,000-square-foot Center for Child and Family Wellness sits on a 2.4-acre lot and offers a range of programs and services to support families in need.
CEO Torrie Taj expressed her excitement about the new campus, calling it a dream come true. The center aims to address the growing demand for services for kids, youth, and families in the area. Through partnerships with 12 different nonprofit organizations, the center offers counseling, parenting classes, child enrichment activities, foster care and adoption services, family education, children’s counseling, health and wellness programs, and more.
One of the unique features of the center is its focus on sustainability. The state-of-the-art net-zero campus includes a live plant wall, moss walls, and other eco-friendly elements to teach the next generation about conservation.
With a variety of resources and programs available, Child Crisis Arizona is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for kids and families. From art and music therapy to basic needs support and volunteer training, the center aims to empower families to thrive.
If you’d like to support the ongoing work of Child Crisis Arizona or get involved, you can donate here. Together, we can ensure that all children and families have the resources they need to succeed.
