According to reports, U.S. Secret Service agents opened fire after spotting a person with a firearm near Trump’s golf club while he was golfing. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and the suspect fled in an SUV but was later apprehended by local law enforcement.
The suspect, identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, was detained, according to three law enforcement officials speaking on the condition of anonymity.
