Brutal cases of domestic violence continue to plague Tucson, with the latest victim being Jasmin Rede.
Jasmin is currently in the intensive care unit at Banner UMC, fighting for her life after being brutally stabbed multiple times by her boyfriend, Caid Stough, in an argument turned violent.
The attack took place at their midtown home with their two children present, and Stough admitted to detectives that he stabbed Jasmin out of anger and suspicion of infidelity.
Stough also inflicted harm on himself after realizing the gravity of his actions, leading to his arrest and subsequent charges of attempted manslaughter.
While Jasmin fights for her life, her uncle and brother expressed shock and devastation over the incident, emphasizing the impact on their family.
Stough’s actions have shattered the Rede family, leaving them grappling with a tragedy they never saw coming.
As the family copes with the aftermath, they have set up a GoFundMe page to help cover Jasmin’s medical expenses and provide support for the children.
