The lucky Mega Millions ticket was purchased in the East Valley.
TEMPE, Ariz. — Exciting news for a lottery player in central Arizona as a Mega Millions ticket purchased at a Circle K on University Drive in Tempe has turned into a $20,000 jackpot win after Tuesday’s drawing. The ticket not only matched the numbers for a $10,000 prize but also had the “Plus Megaplier,” doubling the jackpot to $20,000!
The next Mega Millions drawing is scheduled for Friday night with an estimated jackpot of $627 million. Should there be a winner, this would mark the ninth largest Mega Millions jackpot ever.
