Welcome to our weekly Friday Night Fever recap where we bring you all the exciting highlights from the latest high school football games in Arizona. This week, our Game of the Week featured a blowout 5th Annual Holy Bowl between Notre Dame Prep and Brophy.
Highlights of Week 5
Game of the Week: Brophy (5-0) hands Notre Dame Prep (4-1) first loss 40-0
The battle of the unbeaten. Brophy took an early 9-0 lead and Notre Dame just couldn’t keep up.
ALA-Queen Creek (5-0) takes the win over Pinnacle (3-2) 34-19
The Patriots weren’t letting this one slip away. Pinnacle was down 28-6 and tried to make a comeback but just couldn’t keep up.
Higley (4-1) hands Cactus Shadows (4-1) first loss 36-28
Undefeated Cactus Shadows marked their first loss of the season in their game against Higley.
Corona Del Sol (1-4) beats Saguaro (0-5) 38-36
A wild game between Corona Del Sol and Saguaro came down to the last seconds of the game.
Fever Spotlight: Highland (5-0) gives Chandler (4-1) their first loss of the season
One of the biggest games of the night is also one of the most important games every year.
