Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations
Sean “Diddy” Combs, the well-known music mogul, has been hit with new sexual assault allegations. A woman filed a lawsuit in New York claiming she was repeatedly raped and drugged at Combs’ homes, resulting in a pregnancy after one of the encounters.
This is not the first time Combs is facing such allegations, as several similar lawsuits have been filed against him. Just last week, he was arrested on a federal sex trafficking indictment.
The lawsuit accuses Combs, his companies, and several associates of causing physical injuries, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and other harms. Combs, his company, and a representative have not yet commented on the allegations.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, alleges that Combs sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious from drugs. She claims that the assaults and harassment continued over a period of two years, starting in fall 2020.
According to the lawsuit, the woman was coerced and harassed into traveling to Combs’ homes in different cities, where she was plied with alcohol and substances until she passed out, waking up with bruises and injuries.
In one disturbing encounter at Combs’ Los Angeles home, the woman alleges that she was forced to ingest drugs and later found out she was pregnant. She was pressured to have an abortion and ultimately had a miscarriage.
The lawsuit also claims that Combs and his associates tracked her location, monitored her conversations, and controlled her by discouraging her from working and providing her with an “allowance.”
Attorney Marie Napoli, representing Jane Doe, stated, “No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
Another woman recently sued Combs, accusing him and his head of security of raping her at his New York recording studio in 2001. Combs remains jailed without bail on the federal charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
Despite these allegations, Combs has had a successful career in the music industry, winning three Grammys and working with renowned artists like Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, and Usher. He founded Bad Boy Records, Sean John fashion line, and the Revolt TV network.
Combs, however, sold off his stake in Revolt TV earlier this year amidst mounting legal troubles. As the legal battle continues, the music industry is facing a reckoning with the exploitation of artists and fans by powerful figures like Combs.
