The Flagstaff Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Justin Hill, a 36-year-old man from Ash Fork, who allegedly posted these threats on various platforms, including school, government, and business Yelp reviews.

The disturbing posts have caused a stir in the community, with residents urged to remain vigilant. Hill is described as approximately six feet tall, with a medium build, brown hair, and blue eyes. He is believed to be driving a blue 2009 Subaru Impreza with an Arizona license plate CKA72E.
