Man Shot in West Phoenix Rushed to Hospital with Life-Threatening Injuries
Phoenix police reported a shooting incident near a park at 62nd Avenue and Roosevelt Street on Sunday evening.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the shooting took place around 5 p.m. near Sunridge Park, just west of 62nd Avenue and Roosevelt Street.
Authorities are currently searching for a suspect involved in the shooting, although a description of the individual is not available at this time.
“Information provided to officers was limited, but they were told the shooting occurred a distance away from the victim,” the department mentioned in a news release.
