According to the Des Moines police, Liliana flew to Des Moines on August 5th and was last spotted in the Clive/Waukee area on August 8th. Desperate to locate her, authorities are seeking the public’s help in finding her safe and sound.
With a distinctive mole on the left side of her neck, Liliana may be carrying a tan backpack, as reported by missingkids.org. She also responds to the names Lily or Lil, adding to the urgency of the situation.
