Breaking News: Crash Involving Phoenix Police Officers

A recent crash near I-17 and Union Hills Drive in Phoenix has left two Phoenix police officers and a civilian hospitalized. The incident occurred on Saturday evening, with emergency services quick to respond to the scene.

Details of the Incident

According to the Phoenix Fire and Police Departments, the crash occurred on the Interstate 17 on-ramp from Union Hills Drive. Firefighters treated the injured officers for minor injuries before transporting them to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.

The injured officers were driving in a marked Phoenix Police Department SUV at the time of the crash. The civilian involved, who was driving a gray sedan, also sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

As of now, the identities of those involved in the crash have not been released, and the cause of the incident remains unknown. The authorities are investigating the matter, and more details will be provided as they become available.
