Sad News from Peoria: Las Vegas Resident Dies in Car Crash
Tragedy struck in Peoria, Arizona, on Thursday afternoon when a car crash claimed the life of a Las Vegas resident. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. near the intersection of State Route 74 and Lake Pleasant Parkway.
According to police reports, a silver Sonata attempting to make a left-hand turn onto SR-74 collided with a black Ford F-150, resulting in a fatal accident. Two occupants in the Sonata sustained life-threatening injuries and were rushed to the hospital, where one of them, identified as 22-year-old Ronald Dixon from Nevada, tragically passed away.
Fortunately, the driver of the Ford F-150 emerged unscathed and cooperated with authorities at the scene. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing, as authorities work to determine the exact cause of the collision.
