PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. — One person has been arrested following a shooting at Mountain Valley Park in Prescott Valley on Saturday.
According to the Prescott Valley Police Department, officers were called to Mountain Valley Park on Saturday around 7:29 p.m.
Witnesses reported that individuals in two pickup trucks were involved in a shooting incident near the basketball courts and the dog park.
Law enforcement was able to identify those involved and have apprehended one individual in connection with the incident.
The case is currently under investigation, however, authorities do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public.
